The Lorimer Family | Austin Family Photography

What a joy it was to get together with these four to take their pictures. You couldn’t have asked for a nicer day or a nicer family!  I’ve known Courtney for a while now, through work, and had heard a lot of stories about her family – especially about her two kids, Luke and Kate.  It was awesome to finally meet them.  Luke was quite the character and always had a smile on his face; Kate was okay with the pictures to start, but then decided it was time to start exploring and didn’t want to pose anymore!  Hopefully you enjoy the pictures that resulted – a beautiful Texas afternoon and a beautiful Texas family!

Joshua Stephen | 3 Month

Wonderful things come in threes!  This is our third photo session with the Coy family – Heather’s maternity session, Joshua’s newborn session, and they graciously asked us to take pictures again at the THREE month mark!  Joshua’s already got his first pair of cowboy boots, as any Texas boy should own.  And I’m sure that they will last him a while – they’re a little too big for his tiny feet!  Not only does he have boots, but he’s already started to develop his own little personality.  it was a lot of fun and our pleasure to hang out with the Coys again.  Joshua is such a handsome young man, and you couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful day to take some pictures.  Enjoy!

Texas Fields, Part 2

In my last post, I summarized the story behind these pictures.  I also said that I would post this blog entry last night, but I wanted to leave a little more time for people to enjoy the first set of images.  Here are the other 4 pictures from that set – one of them would be considered an “HDR” image (the first one).  Hope you like them!
