Jimmy & Vanessa | 6.22.2013

This past weekend, we had the privilege to see two people that we’ve known for a few years finally tie the knot!  Not only that, but we got to take pictures of it too!  I’ve known Jimmy and Vanessa for what seems like the entire time that I’ve lived in Texas and gotten to know each of their families too.  The great part: now they’re one big family!  It’s been awesome to see what God’s done in each of their lives and how He brought them together.  After doing Jimmy & Vanessa’s engagement photos back in May, we had been looking forward to their wedding day, and it was beautiful.  Katie and I were really excited to be the photographers, and we’re also really excited how the pictures turned out.  Usually, I just do a small “sneak preview” with only a few images, but there were so many good ones, I just had to post a bunch!  Add a comment if you’d like, and let me know what YOU think!  Also, feel free to LIKE the Fourth Photography Facebook page while you’re at it!

Congrats to Jimmy & Vanessa Jackson!

Jimmy & Vanessa (and Family) | Austin, TX

It’s been awesome getting to know Vanessa and Jimmy over the last few years, and we had an amazing time taking their engagement pictures and soon-to-be family pictures earlier this month.  They’re so much fun!  Thankfully, it didn’t get too hot this afternoon, and we were able to enjoy Butler Park without completely melting.  First, we did some family pictures, then split off from the kids for the engagement shots.  We were so excited to hear about their engagement and can’t wait to photograph the wedding too.  Congrats!

Craig & Jennifer | Engagement

Craig & Jenn are two of our close friends from church – well, Craig will start going to our church when they get married!  It was so much fun hanging out with them on a beautiful (and eventually hot) Saturday afternoon to take these engagement pictures.  Craig is quoted as saying, “What are we going to do with all these ‘Save the Date’ pictures?”  But hopefully they are able to find a use for them, because I think they turned out AWESOME.  We started at Laguna Gloria in West Austin and then headed to South Congress and got some really cool pictures along the row of shops there, including a candy store.  These two are so great for each other and so happy and in love.  We can’t wait to see where God takes them!
