Wonderful things come in threes! This is our third photo session with the Coy family – Heather’s maternity session, Joshua’s newborn session, and they graciously asked us to take pictures again at the THREE month mark! Joshua’s already got his first pair of cowboy boots, as any Texas boy should own. And I’m sure that they will last him a while – they’re a little too big for his tiny feet! Not only does he have boots, but he’s already started to develop his own little personality. it was a lot of fun and our pleasure to hang out with the Coys again. Joshua is such a handsome young man, and you couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful day to take some pictures. Enjoy!
Another beautiful family welcomed an addition this past year! We had so much fun taking these pictures of the Campbells and their 6 month old daughter, Kate. She was such a happy girl and seemed to be enjoying every moment of the photo shoot. When Becky got in touch with me and said that she wanted to take pictures in “tall grass,” it couldn’t have worked out any better. There is a big field across the street from our apartment that I’ve been wanting to use for quite a while, and I was really excited with how the pictures turned out. Hopefully you enjoy them too!
It’s that time of the year again – stories of angels, shepherds, and a newborn baby, carols, hot chocolate, the smell of pine trees, sparkling lights, presents, and cards in the mail. But what does everyone need to be able to create a good looking Christmas card? Family pictures, of course! Especially if they’ve welcomed a new addition into the family since they sent last year’s Christmas card. Thankfully, I had the opportunity to do two family sessions this holiday season, the first of which was for the Kovacs family. Their baby girl, Campbell, was born on November 23 – still only about a week old when we took these photos. So small! I met Zoli through work, and it has been a real pleasure to get to know him and his family better over the last few years. A beautiful family and a beautiful private park right near their home make my job really easy! The opportunity to capture memories, specific moments in time, for friends and family is definitely my favorite thing about photography.
