A beautiful day for a wedding in Texas, and a wonderful couple! I’ve been meaning to get this post on the blog for a while – ever since I posted the preview images back in December. These two were so much fun, and we enjoyed photographing every minute of their wedding. Congratulations to both of you!
Wonderful things come in threes! This is our third photo session with the Coy family – Heather’s maternity session, Joshua’s newborn session, and they graciously asked us to take pictures again at the THREE month mark! Joshua’s already got his first pair of cowboy boots, as any Texas boy should own. And I’m sure that they will last him a while – they’re a little too big for his tiny feet! Not only does he have boots, but he’s already started to develop his own little personality. it was a lot of fun and our pleasure to hang out with the Coys again. Joshua is such a handsome young man, and you couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful day to take some pictures. Enjoy!
What a blessing to be able to take pictures of this tiny bundle of joy for our first photo session of the year! When Cora and Will told us back in November that they wanted us to photograph their baby once she was born, we were so excited. It was a pleasure to meet little Eleanor, and we tried our best to capture her beauty in these images. I do have to admit that newborn sessions are some of my favorite, especially if the baby is sleeping (which sometimes happens and other times doesn’t). Will & Cora were so accommodating, and it was great getting to know them better during the session too!
P.S. – my favorite part of the entire shoot can be seen in her “portrait” below (the fifth photo down); you can see my reflection and her mother’s reflection in Eleanor’s big round eyes. So awesome!
